Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store & Purchase Executive to manage inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination for a premium Japanese dining outlet in Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen and bar operations by maintaining optimal stock levels and timely purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely purchase orders
• Coordinate with chefs and operations team for requirement planning
• Source and negotiate with vendors for best quality and pricing
• Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items as per standards
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize wastage/pilferage
• Maintain documentation for invoices, GRNs, and purchase records
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping/purchase, preferably in F&B or hospitality
• Experience in restaurant or hotel procurement is preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of food products, especially Asian/Japanese ingredients (preferred)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-focused
