Job Summary

The Student counsellor is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, accurate CRM management, and professional customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales targets.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Provide accurate and clear information about products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
• Ensure no false commitments or misleading information is given to customers.
• Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings.
• Monitor personal sales performance and submit regular progress reports.
• Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of call duration daily.
• Share daily call recordings in the designated group as instructed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Support marketing initiatives, including participation in video shoots when required.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
• Maintain professional communication in English with customers when required.

Key Requirements

• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
