Role Overview

We’re seeking a serious, high-performing Sales Recruiter & Business Development Officer to enrol students onto our job-oriented diploma courses and source partner agents who can consistently supply student leads. This is a target-driven role — you must be confident making sales calls, closing enrolments, and building pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Enrolment
• Actively enrol candidates into UK-accredited diploma programs (open to all nationalities).
• Advise students on course options, outcomes, and visa/employment factors.
• Manage leads from enquiry to conversion.
• Partner Agent Sourcing
• Identify, approach, and build partnerships with education agents and consultants.
• Develop a reliable network of agents to provide regular student referrals.
• Maintain long-term relationships and support agents with enrolment processes.
• Sales & Communication
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to students and agents.
• Confidently handle objections, close sales, and achieve enrolment targets.
• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Business Development
• Engage UK employers for placement opportunities.
• Stay updated with education and immigration trends to inform strategy.

You Must Have

• Based in India with the ability to work UK hours.
• Fluent in English, Bengali or Gujarati preferred.
• Proven sales mindset – if you can’t handle cold calls or sales pressure, this isn’t for you.
• Ability to source and manage education agent relationships.
• Excellent phone presence, persistence, and closing skills.
• Experience in recruitment, education sales, or agency partnerships is a plus.
