Talasha has been mandated to hire a Supply Chain Manager for a social enterprise and period care company renowned for developing a patented, eco-friendly menstrual cup designed to be highly accessible and easy to use. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee their inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships, logistics and play a key role in building the operational systems and processes that will support the brands next stage of growth.
Responsibilities

dvendor management, ensuring everything runs reliably
.Serve as the main point of contact for manufacturers, shipping partners, and international suppliers
- .Auditing and Compliance
-Ensure compliance with all duty tax and customs requirements across international borders
.Efficiently execute annual audits for the brands medical device certifications
.Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- .Process Improvement
-Identify inefficiencies and implement faster, more cost-effective processes
.Introduce tools and software to automate and simplify operations.Evaluating and implementin

Good to have
