We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter (0–2 years experience)who is excited about finding great talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and working closely with startups hiring top engineers.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founding team and play a key role in scaling our talent network.
What You’ll Do
• Source and identify high-quality tech candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, communities)
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate technical fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with startup founders and hiring teams
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress in recruitment tools/trackers
• Build relationships with top engineers and tech professionals
• Support multiple startup hiring processes across different roles
What We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and engage high-quality tech talent
• Organized and comfortably managed multiple hiring pipelines
• Interest in startups and the tech ecosystem
