Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead Manager for a full-time position to join our dynamic and remote global team. The Team Lead Manager will oversee and guide a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliverables. Responsibilities include managing team performance, developing project timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between team members and stakeholders. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, offering mentorship, and driving process improvements to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, performance evaluation, and leadership skills.
• Strong project management abilities, including task allocation, progress tracking, and deadline management.
• Knowledge of process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with software development, web development, and app development processes.
• Experience with customer support, technical support, and BPO solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
