ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-performing Team Lead – Supply Closure to drive conversion of qualified supply leads into successful procurement. This role requires a strong closer mindset along with the ability to lead, coach, and scale a team of associates.

The ideal candidate is someone who has grown from an individual contributor to a team lead, understands high-velocity sales environments, and can consistently drive both team performance and revenue outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team Management & Performance

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Supply Closure Associates
• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure consistent achievement
• Monitor team performance metrics (calls, conversions, closures)
• Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and on-ground coaching

2. Supply Closure & Revenue Ownership

• Drive end-to-end closure of supply leads through effective negotiation
• Personally handle high-value or complex deals when required
• Ensure strong conversion rates across the funnel
• Optimize pricing discussions and objection handling strategies

3. Process Excellence

• Build and enforce structured follow-up and lead management processes
• Ensure accurate tracking of leads, closures, and payments
• Improve SOPs to enhance efficiency and conversion rates

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions across the team
• Drive strong rapport-building and trust with sellers
• Maintain service quality while achieving aggressive targets

KEY REQUIREMENT

• 4+ years of experience in handling a high performing sales team/closure team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
• Active listening and interpersonal skills
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
