Team Member – Civil Full Time NEW

Support in Civil Works Execution:

• Assist in coordinating day-to-day construction activities by liaising with on-site contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor material usage and availability, ensuring that the work progresses without delays caused by supply issues.

Progress Monitoring And Reporting

• Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing project progress, potential issues, and required corrective actions, and submit them to the Associate for review.
• Track work schedules and report any potential delays to ensure timely adjustments and corrective actions are implemented.

Site Safety And Environmental Monitoring

• Regularly assess the work environment for potential safety hazards and compliance with environmental regulations, escalating concerns to the safety department.
• Ensure that workers and contractors are following safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to site regulations.

Technical Support In Documentation And Approvals

• Provide administrative and technical support in maintaining and updating all project-related documentation, including blueprints, inspection reports, and permits.
• Assist in preparing documentation for approvals, ensuring that all paperwork is complete and meets regulatory standards.

Quality Control Inspections

• Conduct basic inspections of the ongoing work to verify adherence to quality standards, ensuring that civil construction is performed as per the specifications.
• Report any deviations from the quality standards or design requirements to the Associate and collaborate with contractors for prompt resolution.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/university.

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects, preferably in airport or infrastructure development.
