Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and managing the induction of new staff.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Employee Relations: Handling grievances, conflict resolution, and managing employee engagement activities.
- Administrative Duties: Maintaining accurate personnel records, assisting with payroll processing, and managing HR staff.
