Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support – Hardware L1.5 position, located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical support for hardware-related issues, troubleshooting systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries effectively. The Technical Support professional will also work closely with customers to identify challenges and deliver prompt solutions to achieve high service quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support, including hardware troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and address technical challenges
• Experience in Customer Support with a focus on delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and manage customer interactions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in IT support or hardware troubleshooting roles is advantageous
