Telecaller – Work From Home Full Time NEW

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Accounting Academy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to student leads and inquiries
• Explain accounting courses, fees, duration, and benefits
• Follow up with interested candidates to convert them into enrollments
• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally
• Maintain call records and update lead status regularly
• Coordinate with the admissions team
• Handle WhatsApp and online inquiries if required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th pass / Any degree preferred (Commerce background is a plus)
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/sales/education counseling
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online tools

Work Requirements:

• Own laptop/mobile and stable internet connection
• Quiet work environment at home
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills:

• Sales and convincing skills
• Interest in education or accounting courses
• Strong follow-up and communication ability

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
