Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company services or products, and generating leads. The role involves handling customer queries, maintaining good communication, and building positive relationships with clients. The candidate should have basic communication skills, confidence, and the ability to persuade customers. Freshers can also apply, and training will be provided.
