Key Responsibilities

As a National Training Manager, your role is to independently implement Training Programs and initiatives to develop knowledge and skills of Business Unit(s) assigned to you.

You will conduct training needs assessments and deliver training interventions ensuring effectiveness of these training interventions. You will conduct field working with assigned Business Units to understand challenges and effectiveness of training interventions. You will conduct knowledge assessments and assist in development of Training Manuals

Areas Of Responsibility

Support Capability Development:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement Training Strategies
• Conduct Induction programs and Refreshers ensuring effectiveness of the programs
• Support design & delivery of customized learning interventions to address identified gaps
• Track effectiveness of Training Programs using Kirkpatrick’s Model to measure impact on business
• Conduct Training Need Analysis of assigned Business Units

Induction and Development Plan

• Conduct onboarding process of new hires, familiarizing them with company policies and therapy and product knowledge
• Conduct training initiatives aimed at developing field force members into subject matter experts for improved in-clinic performance
• Develop low performing territories through targeted training initiatives and field work

Collaborate with Lead Trainer

• To enhance competencies of Area Managers and drive team performance
• Develop Area Manager’s domain knowledge and skills through learning opportunities
• Collaborate for Team management skills, feedback mechanisms and fostering a coaching culture
• Collaborate with stakeholders for Training Initiatives aimed at developing First Line Managers

Leveraging Digital Technology In Training And Innovation

• Utilize digital technologies for Training Delivery ensuring maximum reach and engagement
• Develop and implement various digital learning through various platforms, including mobile learning apps
• Provide regular knowledge updates and assessment through various digital channels
• Conduct quizzes and interactive activities to reinforce learning and assess knowledge retention
• Keep abreast with latest digital technologies in Learning & OD space
• Knowledge of Training Methodologies, Adult Learning Principles, Blooms Taxonomy and competency-based training
• Strong communication skills and Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants
• Familiarity with Digital Learning Platforms and technology for Training Delivery
• Good Organizational and Time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and quality in Training Delivery
• Ability to collaborate with training team and with cross functional stakeholders within and outside organization
• Keeping abreast with latest medical updates/ guidelines in the assigned therapy areas
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in Training requirements and business needs

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Post Graduate Degree in Science or Pharmacy or MBA

Experience

At least 3 – 5 years of Industry experience

and 2-3 years of Training Experience in Pharma

Travel

4-5 days a month
