About the Company:

Ignition Autocare is a fast-growing UK-based automotive company operating a modern, high-volume workshop in Castleford, England.

We are expanding internationally and setting up a dedicated team in India to support our UK operations.

Job Description:

• We are hiring fluent English-speaking candidates for a UK process role.
• You will be responsible for communicating with UK-based suppliers to source vehicle parts and support our workshop operations.
• This is not a typical call centre role – strong communication and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact UK suppliers to check price & availability of parts
• Speak clearly and confidently in English on phone calls
• Coordinate with the UK workshop team
• Handle WhatsApp and email communication
• Maintain accurate records of orders and responses
• Assist with customer communication when required

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in BPO / call centre / customer service
• IELTS or spoken English training
• Experience handling international clients

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• UK Shift (Afternoon to Evening IST)
