Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Unit Manager, based in Jaipur. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, driving sales, and facilitating the development and growth of a team of insurance advisors. Key responsibilities include achieving business targets, mentoring and training team members, developing strategies to enhance productivity, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to build strong customer relationships and deliver superior service.

• Proven knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, and business development, especially in the insurance or financial services sector.

• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with insurance regulations, compliance standards, and customer service principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
