Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Freshers)
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) – Manjeera Trinity Corporate – KPHB
Shift: Evening Shift (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and US Staffing. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process, work with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to the fast-paced US IT staffing industry.
No prior recruitment experience is required. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
- Identify and connect with potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and understand job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and team leads to achieve hiring goals.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and technologies.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- MBA (HR/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
- 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs can apply.
