About The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can work across UI/UX, graphic design, motion, and content creation to support both product and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building product interfaces, creating visual content, and working on video and podcast assets in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate closely with global teams and work in US business hours, supporting both product and go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have 3–6 years of experience across UI/UX, graphic design, and motion/content creation. A strong portfolio showcasing product UI/UX work, social/marketing creatives, and video/motion content is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is required. Candidates should possess a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and storytelling ability. The ability to balance structured product work with fast-paced content creation, along with comfort working in night shifts or US hours and collaborating with global teams, is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for web-based products, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Create compelling graphics and visual assets for websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos such as reels, explainers, and product demos to communicate ideas effectively.
• Edit and package podcast content, including audio/video clips, thumbnails, and short-form distribution materials to support content marketing initiatives.
• Create UI animations and micro-interactions that enhance the overall product experience and user engagement.
• Maintain consistency across design systems, branding guidelines, and visual identity standards to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative ideas that align with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design, motion graphics, and content creation to continuously improve output quality.
