Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing and Production
Edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube
Transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos
Add transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music
Maintain strong storytelling flow and visual quality

2. Trend-Based Editing
Follow current editing trends, viral formats, and reel styles
Use trending audio, cuts, and effects to improve reach and engagement
Optimize edits for audience retention and performance

3. Collaboration with Content Team
Work closely with content creators to understand concepts and vision
Ensure final edits align with scripts, ideas, and brand tone
Coordinate with the creative team for timely delivery

4. Motion Graphics and Enhancements
Add text animations and captions
Create simple motion graphic elements
Maintain consistency in branding, colors, and visual identity

5. File Management and Timelines
Organize footage and maintain project files properly
Deliver assigned content within deadlines
Maintain structured workflow and version control

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic experience in video editing, especially reels or short-form content
• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, VN, or similar software
• Strong understanding of reel trends, pacing, and audience engagement
• Ability to add captions, transitions, and engaging effects
• Basic understanding of storytelling and content structure
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
