We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who understands short-form content, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is deeply interested in social media content, reels, and viral-style editing — not just traditional video editing.

## Responsibilities

– Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives

– Create strong hooks in the first 3 seconds

– Add captions, zooms, cuts, transitions, sound effects, and pattern interrupts to improve retention

– Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos

– Suggest creative ideas, hooks, and storytelling improvements

– Stay updated with social media trends and viral content styles

– Work closely with the marketing team to improve engagement and performance

## Requirements

– 1–2 years of experience in video editing or social media content creation

– Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content trends

– Understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience psychology, and engagement

– Ability to edit videos quickly while maintaining quality

– Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar editing software

– Creative mindset with ability to think beyond execution

– Experience working on performance marketing creatives or ads
