Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our international clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
2. Handle data entry and maintain records
3. Assist with customer support (chat/email)
4. Conduct online research and prepare reports
5. Support social media management (basic posting & responses)
6. Coordinate with team members and clients
7. Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
5. Stable internet connection and personal laptop
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
7. Willingness to work in different shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with international clients
2. Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, Asana, or CRM systems
