Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Visa Application Processing Specialist at Aspire Group. The specialist will review client profiles, assess eligibility for various Canadian visa programs, and guide applicants on required documentation and forms. Daily responsibilities include preparing and organizing application packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and entering data into internal and external (government) systems. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations, monitoring application progress, and communicating with clients about timelines, additional requirements, and next steps. The specialist will collaborate with licensed professionals (RCICs) and internal teams to ensure applications are submitted on time and meet Aspire Group’s quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in document review, data entry, and attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete visa application files.
• Solid knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, visa categories, and regulatory requirements, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence, clarification of requirements, and preparation of clear documentation.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and priorities in a remote environment.
• Comfort using digital tools and online portals for application submission, tracking, and secure file management.
• Customer service mindset, with the ability to provide respectful, empathetic, and professional guidance to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate virtually with RCICs and team members.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Immigration Studies, Law, Business, Administration) or equivalent experience in immigration, legal, or administrative roles.
• Experience in a consultancy, legal firm, or immigration services environment is an asset.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
