You will be responsible for managing end-to-end visa processing for clients traveling across key international destinations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth approvals.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing
- Strong expertise in visas for:
- 🇺🇸 USA | 🇬🇧 UK | 🇪🇺 Schengen | 🇨🇦 Canada | 🇳🇿 New Zealand
- In-depth knowledge of documentation and embassy procedures
- Ability to manage multiple applications and timelines efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete visa applications from start to submission
- Guide clients on documentation and requirements
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers
- Assist with appointment scheduling and interview preparation
- Ensure timely updates and high client satisfaction
