Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Visa Processing Executive to handle end-to-end visa application processes for multiple international destinations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with documentation, submission, and client coordination for various countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle visa applications for Europe (Schengen), USA, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Dubai (UAE), and Singapore
- Verify and prepare visa documentation as per embassy/consulate requirements
- Coordinate with clients for document collection and application updates
- Fill visa application forms accurately and efficiently
- Schedule visa appointments and track application status
- Ensure compliance with latest immigration and embassy rules
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all visa files
- Provide guidance to clients regarding visa requirements and process timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visa processing or travel industry
- Strong knowledge of visa procedures for Schengen, USA, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, UAE, and Singapore
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in travel agency or visa consultancy
- Knowledge of online visa portals and embassy systems
- Basic understanding of travel itineraries and bookings
