Job Location – Delhi (Various Locations)

We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our Livelihood team in Delhi/NCR

• Training Officer – 28,000 – 32,000 CTC + Travel & Mobile Allowance
• Mobilization Officer – 25,000 – 28,000 CTC + Travel & Mobile Allowance
• Placement Officer – 30,000 – 35,000 CTC + Travel & Mobile Allowance

Training Officer:

• Conduct employability training programs for youth covering Life Skills, IT Skills, and Financial Literacy to make them job-ready. Mobilize youth from nearby colleges and communities on a regular basis.
• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (relevant qualification preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in youth training, facilitation, or youth development programs.

Mobilization Officer:

• Mobilization & field work, youth mobilization from colleges & communities with minimum 2 years of experience in skilling space. Manage stakeholder activities in the communities.
• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with NGO working experience. Qualification: BSW/MSW preferred; strong MIS and computer skills required.

Placement Officer:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in bulk placements. Good employer connections within the city to approach and place youths. Must be ready to go on field and visit employers and build connections.
• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (relevant qualification preferred).

Pay: ₹31,000.00 per month
