Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Deputy Manager, located in Naidupeta. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing inventory, controlling stock, supervising forklift operations, and ensuring efficient logistics and operations processes. Responsibilities also include maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing warehouse organization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smooth supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Stock Control and Inventory Management to ensure accurate tracking and organization of inventory.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and logistics to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of Forklift Operation and experience in managing warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills to oversee staff and coordinate warehouse activities.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to warehousing and pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
