Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Warehouse Executive located in Bihar. The Warehouse Executive will oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing inventory, organizing packing and dispatch activities, and ensuring workflow efficiency. The role includes supervising product storage, maintaining inventory accuracy, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations. The Warehouse Executive will also collaborate with team members to enhance warehouse processes and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management, including inventory control and operational processes.
• Skills in Packing and logistics coordination for efficient product handling and dispatch.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to address client inquiries and foster positive relationships.
• Organizational capabilities and attention to detail to manage inventory records and warehouse operations effectively.
• Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred.
• A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is beneficial.
