Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for a Warehouse Incharge. The Warehouse Incharge will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, compliance with standard operating procedures, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate stock records, planning storage layouts, conducting quality checks on commodities, and adhering to safety protocols. The role also involves ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods, managing documentation, and resolving operational challenges. The Warehouse Incharge will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Strong skills in inventory management, warehouse operations, and stock control
• Ability to lead and manage teams with proficiency in training and supervision
• Knowledge of quality checks and compliance with safety and operational standards
• Proficiency in record-keeping, documentation, and basic computer skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic operational requirements
• Prior experience in agriculture or commodity-related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
