Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Operation Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations within the warehouse, overseeing inventory management using state-of-the-art WMS, ensuring accurate order processing, and facilitating effective coordination with the logistics team. The role also involves maintaining operational efficiency in compliance with the organization’s standards and fostering client satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management and operations
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for efficient workflow management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing operational challenges
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics systems is a plus
• Proficiency in using MS Office software and other logistics tools
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
