About Position
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Web Analyst to lead the end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

What You’ll Do
Tracking & Analytics:
- Design and implement a robust tracking and measurement plan aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
- Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
- Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
- Build custom Mixpanel dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.
- Track critical user behaviors including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points.
- Optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
- Implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations.
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
- Build real-time reporting dashboards in Mixpanel.
- Stay current with privacy regulations and ensure compliance via cookie consent management using OneTrust.
Collaboration
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking scripts.
- Work closely with the Web Lead (PM) to integrate analytics into the development roadmap.
- Collaborate with UX and marketing teams to provide insights into user behaviour and engagement patterns.
Expertise You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
- Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking and data collection.
- Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience building real-time dashboards and custom reports.
- Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
