Role Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled Workflow Automation & Analytics Specialist to design, build, and support business process automation, system integrations, and reporting solutions in Adobe Workfront & Fusion.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience administering or developing on enterprise workflow or CRM platforms who are comfortable translating business requirements into automated, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Automation & Platform Configuration
- Design, build, and maintain workflow automations and integrations.
- Configure business objects, forms, workflows, and rules to support operational processes.
- Translate business requirements into module‑based automation solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated workflows for reliability and performance.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to continuously improve process efficiency.
Enterprise Platform Support
- Support and optimize tools such as Adobe Workfront and Fusion
- Configure and administer systems to meet business needs (no coding required, but strong technical aptitude essential).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and training materials for system processes and configurations.
- Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshoot platform functionality issues.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience administering or developing on enterprise workflow platforms such as:
- Adobe Workfront and Fusion
- Salesforce or Marketing Cloud (Admin or Developer)
- Power Platform (Power Automate)
- Strong understanding of business process automation, integrations, and data flows.
- Familiarity with complex, enterprise-scale reporting platforms and scheduled production processes.
- Experience building or supporting Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Comfort working with APIs, data mappings, and system integrations (deep programming experience not required).
- Familiarity with institutional investment management processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities.
