Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Manager based in Delhi, India. The Zonal Manager will oversee regional sales operations, manage and mentor the sales team, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, ensuring compliance with company objectives, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and preparing performance reports. The candidate will represent FMS’s core values and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading regional sales teams.
• Strong sales and business development expertise, including identifying market opportunities and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to analyze market trends and contribute to business growth.
• Knowledge of the infection prevention or healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and travel as required within the regional territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
