Role Overview:

Job Description – Engineering Director for Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of product implementations and client success, design and develop client specific customizations, manage timelines & risk, own P&L for the implementation team, drive collaboration with product management, engineering, and account management. Mahalingam is scheduled for this position.
• 10+ years experience in building high performance agile engineering teams, with demonstrable expertise in managing scope, timelines and quality
• Should have led a team of 40+ engineers in product engineering setups
• Should be a PMP/CSM certified, TOGAF or equivalent certification is good to have
• Should be hands-on in data engineering on technologies like Databricks, Unity catalog, DLT, Pyspark, One Lake, Sql server, No Sql
• Should have good understanding of Micro services architecture using technologies like Java, Angular, Node.js
• Should have good understanding of Cloud services and security patterns on Azure or AWS eg. Data Fabric, Azure Data Factory (ADF), One Lake, AWS Glue etc
• Should have good understanding of Devops, DevSecops, Release management processes, Cloud architecture patterns on Azure or AW
• Should have good understanding of AI and Gen AI technologies like Python, Machine learning, Langchain, Azure AI Foundry, A2A protocol, MCP protocol etc
• Excellent understanding of Product life cycle and building scalable multi-tenant platforms and products in healthcare or life sciences domain
• Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills
