Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employer branding trends and recruitment marketing
