Role Overview
Kognoz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support & Cloud Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, end-user support, and cloud platform operations. This role involves working across internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Infrastructure Management
- Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
- Handle onboarding and offboarding IT setups for employees
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, assets, and configurations
Cloud Operations & Support
- Assist in managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS and Azure
- Monitor cloud resources, usage, and performance
- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services
- Coordinate with cloud vendors and service providers
- Ensure basic cloud security and compliance practices are followed
- Help optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
Vendor Management
- Liaise with IT and cloud vendors for support, procurement, and issue resolution
- Track vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence
- Manage contracts, renewals, and service agreements
Other Responsibilities
- Support internal teams with IT and cloud-related requirements
- Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support and/or cloud operations
- Basic hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT asset management and helpdesk tools
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
