We are seeking a detail-obsessed Photo QA & Operations Specialist based in South Africa. This role is the final “Gatekeeper” of our brand, ensuring every asset meets our rigorous standards before it reaches the client. You will be a critical partner to leadership, taking over the daily quality-control bottleneck and overseeing the final output of our global editing teams.

The Mission: Quality Excellence

You are responsible for the final polish and technical audit of all listing photos. While our high-volume editing is handled by offshore partners, you are the specialist who catches the nuances they miss. You will balance technical QA with high-end retouching and floor plan management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Technical Quality Audit: Review nightly batches (up to 25 tasks during peak) for geometry correction, vertical/horizontal alignment, saturation consistency, and item removal.
• Specialized Retouching: Directly handle headshots and lifestyle photography edits that require a nuanced, “human” touch beyond standard real estate processing.
• Floor Plan Management: Execute and audit CubiCasa floor plan edits, ensuring all data is accurate and follows brand styling.
• Advanced AI Operations: Utilize AI tools for complex spring conversions (grass greening) and sophisticated object removals.
• Feedback Leadership: Maintain a structured feedback loop with offshore editing teams to reduce recurring errors and drive “first-pass” accuracy.
• Operations Support: Provide 3–4 hours of dedicated QA daily, with additional capacity used for floor plan edits and operational catch-up as needed.

Role Requirements

• Location: Remote (Must be based in South Africa).
• Experience: Proven experience in Real Estate photo editing or QA.
• Availability: Must be able to accommodate a schedule that aligns with nightly delivery windows (typically early morning SA time).
• Hardware: Must have a high-color-accuracy monitor and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
