1.1. To systematically drive the brand positioning and brand value for the clients with strategy and execution, working closely with the clients & internal teams
1.2. Responsible for working with clients to ensure that their needs are properly communicated to the content, creative, digital, and branding teams.
1.3. Develop monthly activity calendars in alignment with the strategy, positioning, and feedback from stakeholders to promote the centers / services.
1.4. Coordinate and support the development of communication tools and collateral to promote the centers and their USPs as per the activity calendars for prospects and the existing customer base. Help the content team get proper input from all stakeholders.
1.5. Responsible for planning and execution of Marketing & Activity Calendars for designated specialties across all mediums, with ATL, BTL & Digital activation.
1.6. Work closely with internal Creative, Content, Digital, Media Buying, Website/SEO, PR to ensure consistent Communication and activities as per the Planners.
1.7. Responsible for the assigned clients and achieving of set KRAs, client satisfaction and retention.
1.8. Responsible for the performance of the client’s brand marketing efforts across mediums. Work closely with the support teams to ensure the deliverables and targets are met.
