Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive based in Gurugram. The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day back office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks and record management. Key responsibilities also include coordinating with various teams, supporting sales processes, maintaining financial data, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations for efficient management of records, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and handle internal and external correspondence.
• Familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to support the team with relevant backend activities.
• Basic understanding of MS Suite, Finance, including data management, reporting, and supporting financial tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in back office or administrative roles is a plus.
