Business Forum Co-ordinator Full Time NEW

• Plan, organize, and coordinate weekly/monthly business networking meetings and forums
• Ensure smooth execution of events, including venue arrangements, scheduling, and member coordination
• Actively engage with members through in-person visits across the Pondicherry region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members
• Facilitate introductions, networking opportunities, and collaboration among members
• Communicate updates, meeting agendas, and follow-ups effectively
• Support membership growth through outreach and referrals
• Represent Busi Hunt professionally in all interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
• Confident in direct, face-to-face interactions with business professionals
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of business networking concepts (experience with forums like Business Network International is a plus)
• Familiarity with the Pondicherry business landscape is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
