Assistant Manager – Integrated Digital Marketing
About the Role
Kohler is looking for a Key Account Manager – Integrated Digital Marketing to lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution across performance media, SEO, CRM channels, and social platforms. This role requires a hybrid digital leader who combines hands-on execution capability with strong client management skills, managing multiple digital workstreams while driving measurable business outcomes. Ideal candidates will have experience working in leading digital agencies such as Dentsu, Publicis, PMG, GroupM, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management:
– Act as the primary point of contact for digital initiatives
– Manage SOWs, proposals, RFPs, and stakeholder communication
– Lead monthly reporting and QBR presentations
Performance Marketing:
– Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (mandatory), DV360 (good to have)
– Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and performance optimization
SEO:
– Lead technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO initiatives
– Exposure to AEO, GEO, AI/LLM SEO, and voice/audio SEO
CRM & WhatsApp Marketing:
– Manage CleverTap campaigns, segmentation, and WhatsApp journeys
– Track engagement and conversion metrics
Social Media (Sprinklr):
– Manage content calendars, publishing, and social listening
– Perform sentiment analysis and competitor monitoring
Retail Media (Good to Have):
– Exposure to Amazon Ads and marketplace campaigns
Cross-Channel Integration:
– Align SEO, paid media, CRM, and social strategies
– Improve funnel performance and attribution
Skills & Requirements
– 6–10 years of experience in top digital marketing agencies is preferred
– Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
– Working knowledge of SEO, CRM tools (CleverTap), and Sprinklr, Amazon Ads
– Experience in multi-channel campaigns and stakeholder management
– Strong analytical and communication skills
