Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Sales Manager located in Noida. The Social Media Sales Manager will oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns, drive customer engagement, and generate leads through strategic social media efforts. The role includes developing sales strategies for social platforms, managing advertisements, analyzing performance metrics, as well as fostering relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

• Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Campaign Planning skills
• Sales Strategy Development and Client Relationship Management experience
• Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Reporting skills
• Familiarity with Social Media Advertising tools and platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a sales or social media role is a plus

Salary

INR 2.5 lacs – 3 lacs plus incentives in sales conversion
