Specialist – SAP-SAP CAPM Full Time

As a Specialist – SAP CAPM, you will play a crucial role in our project management efforts. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects. Your responsibilities will include creating project plans, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating progress reports and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and development, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Assist in creating detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Execute and monitor projects, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status.
• Generate comprehensive project reports, including financial and performance metrics.
• Identify and address project issues or bottlenecks, proposing and implementing solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within the allocated budget.
• Conduct post-project reviews to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Qualifications

• CAPM certification is mandatory, with a preference for PMP certification.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or SAP environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.
