Job Summary

DMS IT Consulting is seeking a driven and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in US IT staffing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for the US market
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors
• Work with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT)
• Negotiate compensation packages and close positions within deadlines
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to fulfill hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment / staffing
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices and IT skillsets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple requirements under tight deadlines
• Experience working with Tier 1 clients preferred
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results

Job Details

• Location: Sector 63, Noida (Onsite)
• Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
• Experience Level: Mid-Level ( 2–4 years)
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
