Role Description

The Plant Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. This role involves overseeing daily operations at the dental laboratory, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, supervising staff, overseeing inventory, and supporting the implementation of operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency in managing schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing daily operations.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills to address and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Proficiency with inventory management and familiarity with operational workflows in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Proficiency with common office software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting is advantageous.
