🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Head to lead and drive business operations across Gujarat. This is a leadership role requiring strong expertise in the courier / express logistics industry, with ownership of revenue growth, operations, and team management across the region.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business performance across Gujarat
- Achieve revenue targets, profitability, and market expansion
- Lead and manage regional sales, operations, and branch teams
- Strengthen distribution network and last-mile delivery efficiency
- Build and maintain key client relationships and partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition
- Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
- Ensure adherence to SLA, service quality, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
🔹 Key Requirements
- 12–18 years of experience in courier / logistics / express industry
- Proven experience in regional / state leadership roles
- Strong exposure to sales, business development, and operations
- Experience managing multi-location teams and branch networks
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat
