Position: Food & Beverage (F&B) Team

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences with attention to detail
- Ensure smooth restaurant and service operations
- Take and serve orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Upsell menu items, combos, and special promotions
Role-Specific Expectations:
F&B Manager
- Oversee entire F&B operations (restaurant + service)
- Drive revenue, cost control, and profitability
- Lead, train, and manage team performance
- Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
Restaurant Manager
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Ensure smooth service flow and guest experience
- Handle reservations, peak-hour planning, and guest issues
F&B Executive
- Support operations and floor management
- Assist in inventory, billing, and team coordination
- Ensure service standards are maintained
Captain / Senior Steward
- Supervise service team during shifts
- Ensure timely order taking and service
- Assist in guest handling and table management
Steward / Associate
- Take orders and serve food & beverages
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Provide friendly and attentive service
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Strong customer service attitude
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
- Experience preferred; freshers can apply for junior roles
