Role – IT Security Lead

Location- Delhi

Must have skills – Firewall/ EDR/ XDR/ DLP

Required Experience

*7+ years of hands-on experience in managing, securing, and optimizing enterprise IT environments.

*The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech, MCA , MBA-IT or any technical degree along with relevant industry certifications in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or system administration (such as FCA certification, CCNP, CCNA , Cyber Security , AWS, Azure, CEH, or equivalent).

Required Skills-

*Must have strong expertise in network security and firewall management, including configuration and administration of FortiGate, Sophos, and other next-generation firewalls (NGFWs).

*Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec/SSL VPN), NAT, routing, IDS/IPS, web filtering, and network segmentation.

*Deep understanding of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)

* Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM/UEM) solutions like Jump Cloud or similar platforms is essential

*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem including Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Azure AD (Entra ID), and MFA implementation is mandatory.

*Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is required, including services like EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, CloudFront, and backup/recovery strategies.
