What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with the Country Head to define and deliver strategic priorities
- Translate strategy into clear execution roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
- Lead high-impact initiatives across market entry, partnerships, and transformation
- Build robust business cases, insights, and leadership dashboards
- Drive growth through strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives
What you bring:
- 5–7 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles
- MBA from a top-tier business school
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution capability
- Exposure to growth strategy, GTM, and ideally the education sector
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
