Hiring Alert – Filing Officer (Immigration Experience Required)

SkyWings Global Consultants, a trusted name in visa and immigration services, is hiring an experienced Filing Officer to strengthen our operations team.
Job Role: Filing Officer (Immigration)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file visa applications for study visa, tourist visa, and PR cases
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Coordinate with clients for required documentation and updates
Maintain proper records and filing systems (physical & digital)
Ensure timely submission of applications as per embassy requirements
Stay updated with changing immigration rules and policies
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Filing Officer in immigration/visa consultancy
Strong knowledge of visa documentation and filing procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
