Customer Support, On-boarding & Sales Representative with American Accent
GraceSoft is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service, Support & On-boarding, Sales Representative based anywhere in India.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language with an American accent, who can confidently communicate with hotel owners and staff mostly in the United States, and some in Asia.
Candidate will need to speak to American Clients.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, Zoom, email and live chat
At least 2+ years of customer support or call center experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,363.43 – ₹54,145.53 per month
