About the Role

Eazyway is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Fresher to join our SEO team as a Backlink Creator. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about digital marketing who want to build a strong foundation in SEO. You will be responsible for building high-quality backlinks to improve our website’s domain authority and organic search rankings.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-authority websites, blogs, and platforms for link-building opportunities.
• Submit websites to relevant online directories and business listing sites.
• Perform manual outreach via email to bloggers, webmasters, and influencers for guest posting and link placements.
• Create and submit articles, press releases, and web 2.0 content for backlink generation.
• Participate in forum discussions and Q&A platforms (Quora, Reddit) with relevant backlinks.
• Execute social bookmarking, profile creation, and classified ad submissions.
• Monitor and track backlink quality using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Maintain detailed daily reports of all link-building activities in spreadsheets.
• Ensure all backlinks comply with Google Webmaster Guidelines (white-hat techniques only).
• Collaborate with the content team to create link-worthy, shareable content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or any related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with link-building techniques such as guest posting, directory submission, and forum posting.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets for maintaining records.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Prior internship or project experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, or Ubersuggest.
• Understanding of Google’s E-E-A-T framework and core algorithm updates.
• Knowledge of anchor text optimisation and link diversity strategies.
